음식 서비스 시설 모두 좋았어요.
직원분들 너무 친절하셨고 불멍 가능하고 라운지 늦게까지 이용가능한게 너무 좋았어요.
살짝 아쉬웠던건 라운지에 사케 종류가 없어서 일본 분위기를 살짝 못낸게 아쉬운게 다였네요

Omggg we love this place so so much !! We were amazed by how pretty this place was and the service was 100% too! They walked out to the entrance to help us carry the luggage in and sent to our room directly. The dinner was served in the room so you don’t need to get out from your room! and the dinner was amazing too! They even came in and made the bed for us right after the dinner was served. There’s a pantry providing free snacks and drinks at the lobby from 9am-10pm. I will sure come back again for this !! Love everything here ❤️❤️❤️

너무 친절하고, 청결하고 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 한국인 스태프분께서 너무나도 친절히 모든 서비스를 알려주신 부분이 좋았습니다. 예약실수로 카이세키를 예약하지 못했는데
1. 근처 맛있는 식당을 여러군데 알려주셨습니다.
2. 스낵, 드링크 바 이용시, 다른 손님들의 이용방식을 알려주시며 (많이 이용하시고 4회이상 반복하신다) 라고 해주신 부분은 타지에 방문한 외국인의 마음까지 고려한 부분이라고 생각돼서 너무 좋았습니다.
